Problem:
Habanera Limited was in need of strategic advice with regard to government relations and advocacy. They requested help in carrying out public affairs campaigns and enhancing their ability to engage with regulators and advocate for their interests.
Solution:
We devised a three-pronged approach to engagement that was strategy-driven, evidence-based, and structured. This approach encompassed counseling, advocacy, and corporate branding.
