Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping client strategies, providing actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making processes. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research to inform client strategies and organizational decisions.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, including digital media analytics, market reports, and surveys, to generate actionable insights.
- Develop strategic recommendations to enhance client reputation, visibility, and engagement in line with communication goals.
- Monitor trends in public relations, communications, and emerging markets to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to translate intelligence into innovative campaign strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and methodologies for strategic analysis and forecasting.
- Support new business development efforts with research and strategic insights for proposals and pitches.
Reporting/Supervisory Lines
Reporting To: The Lead Partner directly and indirectly through a designated team member.
Working Relationships: Managing Partner, other Partners, Team Leads, and other members of the team as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, or market research, preferably in PR, communications, or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information succinctly.
- Knowledge of PR metrics, media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch), and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
