Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: | Work with team to manage multiple client accounts, launch and manage campaign work and work on delegated assignments to ensure that the needs of the client are met. |

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and regular updates.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Creating and executing comprehensive communication strategies. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, including press releases, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of PR campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon objectives. Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with media contacts and influencers to enhance client visibility and reputation. Manage media outreach efforts, including pitching stories and securing coverage in relevant publications and channels.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Support the Senior Consultant in managing team workload and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges for clients. Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic recommendations and decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: | |
Education Qualification: | Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. |
Professional Qualification: | Must have relevant professional certifications and membership of professional bodies. |
Experience | Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on brand and corporate communication. Previous experience in a managerial or senior role is preferred. |
Functional/ Technical: | · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns. · Strong media relations skills with a well-established network of contacts. · Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
