Job Title: Consultant, Brands and Corporate
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: Work with team to manage multiple client accounts, launch and manage campaign work and work on delegated assignments to ensure that the needs of the client are met.

Administratively Reports To: Senior Consultant, Brands and Corporate
Supervises: Senior Associate, Associate, Analyst
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal All staff
External Clients, Media agencies and other external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and regular updates.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Creating and executing comprehensive communication strategies. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, including press releases, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of PR campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon objectives. Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with media contacts and influencers to enhance client visibility and reputation. Manage media outreach efforts, including pitching stories and securing coverage in relevant publications and channels.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Support the Senior Consultant in managing team workload and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges for clients. Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic recommendations and decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Professional Qualification: Must have relevant professional certifications and membership of professional bodies.
Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on brand and corporate communication. Previous experience in a managerial or senior role is preferred.
Functional/ Technical: ·      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·      Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns.

·      Strong media relations skills with a well-established network of contacts.

·      Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

WORK CYCLE (HOURS/ DAYS):
Monday – Friday

(8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

RENUMERATION
